My name is Coach Diaz and it's a pleasure to share with you my background in coaching baseball. I've been playing baseball since I was four years old and developed a passion for coaching early on, starting at the age of sixteen. I've been fortunate enough to coach at various levels from little league to high school and have trained professional players as well.
Throughout my career, l prioritized creating an inclusive learning environment for all athletes, regardless of their skill level, background, or identity. I believe that developing an inclusive learning environment is vital to helping athletes succeed.

I focus on not only technical guidance, but also mindset, mental toughness, dedication, and hard work. I'm committed to helping my athletes develop the skills they need to succeed both on and off the field.
